When you use our services, we may collect personal information such as your full name, date of birth, email address, mailing address, telephone number(s), Social Security number (last four digits), employer and employer phone, emergency contact, and references. We also collect demographic identifiers (gender, race, height, weight, hair color, eye color) and government-issued photo identification used to verify identity and complete your bond application.

If you co-sign or indemnify a bond (as an indemnitor), we collect similar personal and contact information needed to underwrite and guarantee the bond.

Payment Information

When you make a payment, we may collect payment card information (or bank account information for ACH) to process your transaction through our payment processor. Payment data is collected to process transactions, verify identity, and manage accounts-receivable records.

Location Information

For your convenience and protection, Bail Connect offers mobile check-in features. When you use check-in, we may collect information about your device and your location, including precise geolocation. This is one of the most powerful and helpful tools of this app. It exists to help individuals out on bond remain responsible and responsive by making their physical location available to the Company at important times — helping avoid needless confrontation with law enforcement and the justice system.

Do not agree to this Privacy Policy if you are not agreeable to making your location available through the possession and use of this app on your device. Your location information is only for the Company to know. It will not be shared, given, or provided to anyone else without your express permission, but it may have to be released if a valid subpoena or court order is served on the Company compelling such information.

Usage and Device Information

We may capture the IP address of the device you use to connect, your operating system and browser type, unique device identifiers, screen resolution and other device settings, and analytical information about how you use the service. We may ask your permission before collecting certain information, such as precise geolocation.

• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
